Both obligations rest with the company that places the battery on the EU market, and both depend on data from the mine and the producer. Every Aritarium lithium record carries that data in a structured, signed file that the buyer can load into the passport or traceability platform it already uses.
In every lithium record
| Origin | Producer, salar and province; producer origin declaration; certificate of origin |
| Ownership | Producer ownership declaration up to ultimate owners; US prohibited-foreign-entity review status |
| Quality | Certificate of analysis, parameter by parameter |
| Carbon | Footprint per tonne where the producer measures it, with its basis (ISO 14067) |
| Due diligence | OECD five-step status, water and brine balance, community consultation, sanctions screening |
| Custody | Linked events from plant to vessel, each fingerprinted |
We supply data and documents. We do not certify compliance on the buyer's behalf.
